The Waist Trainer should Latch on the 1st Row of the Garment, As you lose Inches in your Midsection, the garment will go over to the next Row of latches When putting it on Wrap around you right under your breast area Start from the top Pull tight on both sides You want it to snatch you on the first Hook Work your way Down Pull the trainer over to the Fupa Area No need to pull it down in the back ONLY the Front‼️
